FLANDERS PROM TOUR

In order to promote her new cd "In Deep Silence" Raphaella accepted to play a series of recitals in the provinces of West-Flanders, East-Flanders, Limburg and Flemish Brabant, in association with radio KLARA.
Concertprogram preview.

Raphaella performed at the Ryelandtzaal in Brugge on Friday March 9, 2007, at 8 pm.

Brugge (or Bruges) is a medieval beauty. Its lace, its canals and its architecture made it world famous. The venue, situated at Achiel Van Ackerplein 1, was named after Joseph Ryelandt the director of the conservatory.

Raphaella performed in 'Kunstencentrum Berg 30' in Balegem on Saturday March 10, 2007, at 8 pm.

Balegem is a village, part of Ooststerzele, located 7 km south of the city of Ghent. It treasures three listed windmils and one watermill.
In Balegem the actress/chanteuse Leen Persijn runs her own little theatre: Kunstencentrum Berg 30.

Raphaella performed in the 'Museumkerk' in Oud Rekem, on Sunday March 11, 2007, at 4 pm.

Oud Rekem is a village with a history: a Roman settlement destroyed by the Huns in the 5th century, an independant barony in the 14th, etc. Today it is part of Lanaken, only a stone's throw away from Achen (Germany) and Maastricht (the Netherlands).

Raphaella performed at 'Rosario' in Bever on Saturday March 17, 2007, at 8 pm.

Bever is located halfway Halle and Geraardsbergen in the region called "Pajottenland", home of the draught-horses. Bever is a dynamic community right at the linguistic frontier between flemish speaking Flanders and french speaking Wallonie.
A restored monastery is now the home of Rosario, a charming meditation center.
